Ronald Ulfers

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ulfers served as Chief Executive Officer of Clearwater, Inc., a national water products company, from November 1994 until April 2011, where he successfully managed the growth and development of the company and its products, including the development of its internet sales campaign and strategic business plan. Mr. Ulfers has nearly 20 years of experience in managing and developing various start-up businesses, including his experience in retail water product sales, internet and call center response centers, commercial real estate development and corporate finance, together with his recent focus on energy management, both as part of the management team and an investor of such business. Mr. Ulfers received his education within the Louisiana private educational system.</p><p>

Mr. Ulfers' nearly 20 years of experience in managing and developing start-up businesses, combined with his knowledge of the energy management industry, proven track record in growing and managing successful start-up ventures and his capital markets experience provides the Board with significant management insight, valuable experience in business development and capital formation and will assist the Company in growing its customer base and management team through its current business phase.

Oren Moskowitz

Mr. Moskowitz was appointed the Chief Technology Officer of GEM in March 2010. Mr. Moskowitz's responsibilities at GEM focuses on energy efficiency product implementation as well as market strategy. Mr. Moskowitz has extensive knowledge and experience in energy efficiency work and sustainable business practices. Prior to joining GEM, Moskowitz founded Jade Revolution in 2008, a renewable energy company, specializing in the commercial application of renewable energy solutions helping off-takers minimize their carbon footprint while maximizing their renewable energy potential. In addition, in 2008, Mr. Moskowitz worked as a consultant in formulating sustainability programs for companies affording them the ability to make their commercial real estate portfolio companies as energy efficient as possible. Mr. Moskowitz received his Juris Doctor from The University of Miami and his Bachelor of Science in Politics and Economics from Brandeis University.
